UAE FUND REGISTRATIONS
Prerequisite for all foreign funds sold in the UAE
All "foreign funds" ie those not domiciled in the UAE, must be registered with The Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (or "SCA") before they can be sold. The H Capital team have successfully assisted a variety of international fund management firms in getting their funds registered with SCA, both in terms of the acting as Promoter to the funds being registered and also in providing appropriate legal representatives, having worked closely with several of the leading Dubai based law firms in this regard.

Financial markets can be very volatile, and the "suitability" test for all investments is crucial when matching them with potential investors. This is also a regulatory responsibility for H Capital under the Promoter rules from SCA.
